Car trying to overtake tanker has a near miss at junction
This is the moment a car attempting to overtake a tanker narrowly avoids a collision at a junction.
Dashcam footage filmed by the vehicle following behind the tanker shows the lorry coming to a stop on Makarova Embankment in Saint Petersburg, Russia, on Wednesday, January 22.
The car filming also comes to a stop, but then a white auto appears out of nowhere, overtaking both the vehicle and the stopped tanker, which was allowing another one to cross.
The speeding car makes a glancing contact with the crossing vehicle, with horns honking loudly in the background.
It eventually comes to a stop as the footage ends.
