US, Los Angeles: Sherman Oaks Vehicle vs Pedestrian
Los Angeles, United States - February 11, 2025 02/11/2025 09:53 pm (GMT-0800) SHERMAN OAKS, LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Los Angeles Police Department's Van Nuys Division officers and Los Angeles Fire Department personnel responded to a report of a vehicle versus pedestrian traffic collision in the 14700 block of West Ventura Boulevard. Firefighters transported one adult patient to an area hospital with severe injuries, according to an LAPD spokesperson. LAPD officers requested that a portion of Ventura Boulevard be closed while investigating the incident. The LAPD's Valley Traffic officers were observed taking measurements at the scene. The driver remained on the scene and appeared to be cooperating. Key News Network contacted an LAPD spokesperson, who did not have an update on the pedestrian's condition as of Wednesday afternoon.
