Chinese woman showcases traditional Shandong pancake-making process
On April 30, 2022, in Shandong Province, located in eastern China, a video captured a woman skillfully making Shandong jianbing, a traditional Chinese pancake.
Using a fast-spinning round griddle, she evenly spread a layer of egg mixture, which quickly cooked into a thin and uniform sheet.
In just about 10 seconds, the pancake was ready to be removed, looking firm, golden, and perfectly textured. Made entirely from coarse grains, Shandong jianbing is known for being both nutritious and delicious, offering a hearty and healthy meal option.
