This is the moment a woman shook a juice bottle before opening it - causing to EXPLODE in her hands.

Jessica Monson, 26, followed the instructions to shake before opening the bottle when it burst open unexpectedly.

The bottle in question was a glass Pharmanex g3 juice bottle, a 'superfruit' juice which aims to support the drinker's immune system.

Videos Jessica covered in juice after the bottom of the glass bottle broke off - emptying its content.

Jessica was taken by complete surprise, but luckily no injuries resulted from the broken glass.

Jessica, a stay-at-home mum and network manager in Garland, Utah, said: "The bottle breaking really surprised me. "

"Juice was everywhere covering my kitchen, my little girl and myself!"

"I was shocked and didn't know what to do in the moment. "

"I found out later that it was due to cavitation. "

"I didn't know what that meant before but I guess there was so much pressure in the bottle that when it was shaken, the bottom of the glass bottle broke off."
