US, Los Angeles: Sun Valley Roadway Flooding
Los Angeles, United States - February 13, 2025 02/13/2025 12:00 pm (GMT-0800) SUN VALLEY, LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Heavy flooding was captured on KNN video near the 8700 block of North Sunland Boulevard around 12 p.m. as a result of the rain. Water rushed down the street, flowing through and around vehicles, partially submerging them at times. Despite hazardous conditions, drivers pushed through the rushing water, splashing and causing rippling waves. Pedestrians were also seen wading through the rising water, which at times reached knee-high levels.
