Columbia, United States - February 14, 2025 A tornado tore through Columbia, Mississippi, on February 12, damaging at least 20 homes and knocking out power for around 100 customers. The EF-0 tornado, with peak winds of 85 mph (53 km/h), was on the ground for nearly two miles, toppling more than 70 power poles. Despite the destruction, no injuries were reported.
