This is a fascinating display of teamwork between two parrots.

On 16th February in Chongqing, a parrot accidentally fell into a rubbish bin. As the bin was quite deep, the bird became visibly anxious and helpless, frantically moving around inside in search of a way out.

At that moment, another parrot nearby demonstrated remarkable intelligence and bravery. It quickly approached the bin, gripping the edge tightly with its claws, and extended its tail towards the trapped parrot, allowing it to grab hold and climb out to safety.

The owner, Ms Yan, explained that the fallen parrot is a Sun Conure named Pineapple, born in March 2024. The rescuer is a Blue Quaker Parrot named Pangpang, born in October 2024. Both are male, and they have always had a close bond, behaving like brothers.
