Japan: Expressway Closed Due To Snow And Multi-Car Accident In Niigata 2
Parts of the southbound lane of the Kan-Etsu Expressway were shut down due to an accident involving multiple cars on Monday, February 17, snarling traffic.
The northbound lane was also closed due to heavy snowfall that required concentrated snow removal.
