STORYLINE: 
The recently concluded 9th Asian Winter Games has given a significant boost to the ice and snow industry in northeast China, unlocking fresh opportunities for winter sports and tourism in the region.

Yabuli Ski Resort, the venue for ski mountaineering at the Harbin Asian Winter Games, experienced an unprecedented surge in popularity.

During the 8-day Spring Festival holiday, the resort welcomed 173,900 visitors, marking a 41.9% increase compared to the same period last year.

The city's landmark Harbin Ice-Snow World, which is the world's largest ice-and-snow theme park, has set a new attendance record.
