Chinese woman’s 3D bird drawing on paper amazes viewers
On February 11, 2025, inProvince, located in eastern China, a video captured a woman showcasing her incredibly realistic hand-drawn artwork.
She had drawn a small yellow bird on an ordinary A4 sheet of paper, but the artwork appeared so three-dimensional that it looked like the bird was actually perched on the paper.
Using only colored pencils, she skillfully created depth and shading to achieve a masterful optical illusion. At first glance, the bird seemed completely real, but when she lifted the paper and adjusted the viewing angles, the illusion was revealed.
