Kind passerby removes plastic jar stuck on stray dog's head in China
On February 18, in Hebi, Henan, Ms. He and her partner were out walking their dog when they spotted a stray puppy with its head trapped inside a plastic jar. The jar was tightly stuck, restricting the dog's movement and posing a risk of suffocation. Without hesitation, they decided to rescue the distressed pup.
They first tried to calm the dog to prevent it from injuring itself while struggling. Ms. He's partner then carefully approached and gently picked up the puppy. Working together, they adjusted the angle of the jar and eventually managed to free the dog's head.
Ms. He explained that the puppy was likely a stray and had probably gotten stuck while trying to eat food from the jar. After being rescued, the dog followed them for a short while before running off.
