Drone footage shows the Delta Airlines plane that crashed at the Toronto Pearson International Airport in Canada on Monday afternoon.

The Mitsubishi CRJ-900LR aircraft flipped over when it was blown while landing in crosswinds. Officials said at least 21 passengers were injured, three of them critically.

A spokesman said that 76 passengers and four crew were onboard the flight from Minneapolis.

The airline will pay each passenger at least 30,000 USD in compensation.

They said the compensation is unconditional, emphasising that receiving the payment will not limit passengers' legal rights or their ability to pursue claims related to the incident.
