This is the shocking moment a rickshaw collided with a cyclist before overturning in India.

The three-wheeled vehicle flipped over after a sudden collision with the rider near Bismillah Chowk in Bhathena, Surat, on Thursday, February 20.

Footage shows the cyclist suddenly appearing in front of the moving tricycle, causing the impact to throw the rider onto the road while the vehicle lost balance and tipped over.

Four passengers inside sustained injuries in the incident.

Local authorities, including Salabatpura police, have launched an investigation into the matter.
