Canadian Police Forcibly Taser Man Brandishing Axe

Info from Licensor: "A police officer trying to restrain a man with a taser, the man then wrestling out of the restraint, retrieving an axe from his car and attempting to attack the police officer with it. The police officer had to draw his pistol on the man and keep his distance until backup arrived. Once backup arrived, a final taser shot dropped the man to the ground and 5 police officers were able to take him into custody."
