US, Los Angeles: Reseda Los Angeles Fire Department Investigates Mysterious Dumped Barrels
Los Angeles, United States - February 22, 2025 02/22/2025 02:18 am (GMT-0800) RESEDA, LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Los Angeles Fire Department personnel responded to the 7600 block of North Lindley Avenue after receiving a report of barrels containing an unknown substance dropped off at the location. LAFD and Los Angeles County Fire Department Hazmat crews were called out to investigate further. An LACoFD official at the scene stated off-camera that the barrels may be related to a serial dumper who has been leaving barrels at several locations. Substances in barrels from prior incidents were sent to a lab for analysis, but the results were deemed inconclusive. No further information was immediately available. LACoFD is the handling agency.
