Southern California Edison crews work to restore power that was shut off due to land movement worries in the Portuguese Beach Club community in Rancho Palos Verdes.
Nearly six months after scores of households had their service shut off because ongoing land movement was stressing the utility company's infrastructure.
The utility plans to restore power to houses that have passed all required city and SCE inspections. In Rolling hills and portions of the Portuguese Bend Beach Club and Seaview neighborhoods of RPV over the next several days and weeks.
