Gaza Strip - Recent A fresh batch of humanitarian aid supplies provided by the Chinese government to the Gaza Strip arrived in the war-torn enclave through Jordan on Saturday. The supplies, consisting of 12,000 food parcels, is the first shipment of a total of 60,000 Chinese-aid packages to be delivered into Gaza Strip by the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization via land borders. The urgently needed materials have been handed over to humanitarian organizations, including the World Food Programme and the Palestine Red Crescent Society, for distribution to the Palestinian people displaced by the devastating war of the past 16 months.
