Near head-on collision with distracted driver caught on dashcam

Buy video

Dashcam catches driver crossing center line of road and nearly hitting me head on. I flashed my brights to get his attention, but obviously he wasn't looking at the road. I jerked the wheel hard and avoided the crash at the last second. The other driver finally noticed and swerved, but there would have been a severe crash if I hadn't taken evasive action. My 1980 Plymouth Duster was not damaged in the ordeal. My camera is mounted on the seatbelt track, so you can see my speed in frame. I was only going 55.
