This is the hilarious moment scoutmasters pranked a student as he attempted to jump onto a rope swing.

A group of scouts were participating in a swinging course activity when two officers playfully removed the hanging rope, causing the boy to plunge into a muddy pool.

Footage captured by Jakpanu Sornsaena shows one of the officers kicking the rope out of the way just as the teenager leaps to grab it.

He then tumbles into the water, sparking laughter among his friends and the officials in Khon Kaen, Thailand, on February 13.

One of the scoutmasters said: 'This camp is all about learning and fun. We can't just teach them survival skills without adding a bit of excitement to make the event interesting and memorable.'
