Dashcam captures car hitting wheelchair user in Dmitrov, Russia
On February 18, 2025, in Dmitrov, Russia, a dashcam video captured a car striking a wheelchair user at an unregulated pedestrian crossing. In the video, the disabled man is seen crossing when a vehicle suddenly appears and hits him. The victim was immediately taken to the hospital, and his life is not in danger. Authorities have opened a criminal case following the accident.
