Man’s vegetable slicing technique mesmerizes Chinese viewers
On November 5, 2022, in Yunnan Province, located in southwestern China, a video captured a man demonstrating a unique and satisfying way to slice vegetables.
He had carved a small hole into a wooden cutting board, where he placed a vegetable securely inside. Using a sharp kitchen knife, he skillfully scraped the vegetable against the board, producing ultra-thin, finely shredded strands that fell effortlessly onto the surface.
The smooth and rhythmic motion made the process look incredibly satisfying, almost like cutting tobacco leaves.
