STORYLINE:
63 wind turbine blades, manufactured in China, will be exported to Germany from Tianjin's Dagukou port area in north China on Saturday afternoon.
Each blade measures 78.3 meters in length, with a combined total weight of 2,100 tonnes for all 63 blades.
The loading process is highly challenging in hoisting and poses challenges for road transport, intra-port transfer, and wharf operations.
To ensure smooth loading and departure, the local border inspection station has opened a green channel.
In the first two months of 2025, Dagukou port area's export volume reached 172,551 cubic meters, with an expected year-on-year growth rate of over 97 percent in the first quarter.
