STORYLINE:

As a deputy to the National People's Congress (NPC), Wu De has been dedicated to nurturing talents in smart agriculture.

Wu is also the president of Sichuan Agricultural University. From his perspective, combining agriculture with artificial intelligence (AI) is the key to the question "Who should be the one to farm?"

Wu has conducted in-depth research across multiple regions in the country during his NPC deputy term, mainly focusing on agriculture and higher education. 

His proposals primarily center on two key areas: strengthening higher education in the western region and addressing graduate employment.
