Los Angeles, United States - March 03, 2025 03/03/2025 01:05 am (GMT-0800) BEL AIR, LOS ANGELES, Calif. – The Los Angeles Police Department's West Los Angeles Division units responded to a report of a residential burglary in progress in the 15000 block of Milldale Drive. While en route, officers were advised that two males dressed in gray jumpsuits were seen fleeing the scene in a BMW. An LAPD spokesperson told Key News Network that the suspects were described as two, possibly three Black males. Authorities reported that U.S. currency, possibly counterfeit, was observed scattered in the street near the residence. Other sources have reported the money to be fake "prop" money. However, according to the LAPD spokesperson, there was no definitive answer at this time as to whether the money was real or not. A few apparent designer handbags taken from the home during the burglary were seen near, and one on top of a red sedan parked in the street. No one was reportedly home at the time of the burglary, and no further information is available about property taken. LAPD detectives are currently investigating the incident.
