On January 9, 2025, in Shandong, China, the video showed the man wearing a red cape reminiscent of a magician’s attire, confidently navigating the road on his electric scooter.
The addition of the traffic cone on his head gave him an eccentric and whimsical appearance, which sparked laughter among passersby.
