Doctors help to get rid of parasitic foetus on new-born baby
Footage has emerged from China of doctors doing surgery to remove the parasitic foetus on a new-born baby.
The video, filmed in Xi'an, Shanxi Province last Tuesday, shows doctors doing surgery for a new-born baby to get rid of the enclosed mass on his hypogastrium.
According to local news, parasitic foetus is a rare congenital disease.
The baby is the elder brother of the twins. Because he has already recovered after surgery, he will leave hospital soon.
