Japan: Promotional event for 3rd China Int'l Supply Chain Expo held in Tokyo
A China-Japan economic and trade exchange meeting, along with a promotional event for the 3rd China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE), was held in Tokyo on Monday. Notable attendees included Ren Hongbin, chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), as well as Nobuyuki Hirano and Takuya Shimamura, vice chairmen of the Japan-China Economic Association. At the meeting, Ren emphasized that the CCPIT and the organizer of the CISCE have cultivated strong cooperative ties with Japanese organizations, including the Japan-China Economic Association, for a long time, creating valuable platforms for cooperation between Chinese and Japanese companies and fostering win-win relationship between the China-Japan business communities. Ren extended invitation to more Japanese companies and organizations to participate in this year's CISCE, which will be held in Beijing in July. He also invited Japanese business representatives to visit the China Pavilion at the 2025 Osaka Expo to be held from April to October. Unlike the previous two expos, which were held at the end of November, this year's CISCE will take place earlier to meet the expectations of global participants.
