Los Angeles, United States - March 04, 2025 03/04/2025 03:20 am (GMT-0800) BROADWAY-MANCHESTER, LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Santa Ana and Anaheim police officers pursued a gray SRT Jeep Grand Cherokee allegedly wanted for a burglary. The suspect drove through the greater Los Angeles area for at least an hour, traversing from South Los Angeles to Elysian Park several times. The pursuit continued as the suspect traveled to the 710 and 105 Freeways before returning to South L.A. California Highway Patrol officers then deployed a spike strip near the northbound 110 Freeway and Florence Avenue, disabling all four tires on the vehicle. After leaving the freeway at Manchester Avenue, the suspect surrendered to police. Officers took the individual into custody, and a CHP officer on the scene indicated that the driver is underage. No injuries were reported during the chase. The Jeep, which had no license plates, is believed to have been stolen.
