US, Los Angeles: Pomona Hazmat Team Investigates Suspicious Package at Police Station

Los Angeles, United States - March 04, 2025 03/04/2025 07:23 pm (GMT-0800) POMONA, Calif. – The Los Angeles County Fire Department, accompanied by their Hazmat Team, responded to a suspicious package at the Pomona Police Department located in the 400 block of West Mission Boulevard. Firefighters initiated a full response, which included their Hazmat Team and public health unit. At 9:10 p.m., the hazmat team entered the front lobby of the police station to investigate the package. It remains unclear whether any employees or officers were transported due to the situation, and it has not been confirmed if the Pomona police station has been evacuated. The Pomona Police Department and the Los Angeles County Fire Department have not released further details regarding the suspicious package.
