Los Angeles, United States - March 07, 2025 03/07/2025 10:45 pm (GMT-0800) NORTH HOLLYWOOD, LOS ANGELES, Calif. – A major traffic collision occurred on the 170 Freeway near Victory Boulevard, involving three vehicles including a G-Wagon that rolled down an embankment. The incident was reported Friday at approximately 10:47 p.m. According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash involved a blue Honda Civic, a black unknown vehicle, and a gray G-Wagon. After the collision, the G-Wagon veered off the roadway and down an embankment, landing on its roof. The occupants managed to self-extricate and make their way back up to the freeway. First responders were quickly dispatched to the scene and tow services were requested to assist in recovering the vehicles. The crash caused significant disruptions, with authorities closing all lanes of the northbound SR-170 at Victory Boulevard. At the time of the incident, CHP also requested assistance from the Los Angeles Police Department to manage and secure the area. Los Angeles Fire Department Paramedics assessed all involved in the collision. The extent of their injuries has not been confirmed. CHP officers continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
