On 8th March in Ningbo, Zhejiang, Ms Wu and her family were enjoying an outdoor camping BBQ, having prepared beef, sausages, and instant noodles for a delicious picnic.

As the beef sizzled on the grill, filling the air with a mouth-watering aroma, an unexpected group of guests arrived—several wandering cows.

At first, the family thought it was a delightful encounter with nature, but things quickly took a turn. One cow stretched its neck, expertly curled its tongue around a freshly grilled piece of beef, and gulped it down. Within moments, two more cows joined in, and the entire spread was devoured in no time.

The cows’ owner soon arrived, apologising profusely. However, Ms Wu found the incident amusing and chose not to ask for compensation.
