A car driver attempting to ram into a biker, ended up hitting a pedestrian woman in Mangaluru, South India
On 13 March Thursday A shocking Hit and run incident, a car driver, attempting to ram into a biker, ended up hitting a pedestrian woman in Bejai, Mangaluru, she was flung into the air and got stuck on a compound wall and serious leg injuries.
Reportedly the Accused driver Satish Kumar allegedly held a personal grudge against his neighbour, Murali Prasad. Allegedly attempting to kill him, Satish accelerated his car intending to ram into his bike. However a pedestrian woman was walking on the same stretch at that moment, the speeding car first hit the woman before colliding with Murali's bike. The force of the crash sent the woman flying onto a nearby compound wall, where she got stuck by her feet and left hanging. Locals quickly rushed to the scene and rescued the woman, and after first-aid, shifted to hospital.
The police have arrested Satish Kumar and seized his vehicle. A case of attempted murder and reckless driving has been registered.
