This is the hilarious moment an ostrich took a tourist on a wild ride along road in China.

The woman had a comical mishap when she rode the flightless bird in Harbin, Heilongjiang, on November 11.

Footage shows the feathered creature sprinting on the road, causing the holidaymaker to bounce up and down. A keeper quickly chased after the bird in an effort to regain control.

The animal eventually veered into a grassy field, where the woman tumbled to the ground.

The incident prompted laughter from both the woman and the man recording the scene.

The filmer said: 'She did not sustain any serious injuries from the fall. In fact, she still enjoyed it.'

Ostriches are the fastest running birds in the world, capable of maintaining speeds of 30–37 mph and sprinting up to 43 mph.
