Sudden tidal surge knocks over Chinese tourists in Hangzhou

A group of tourists stood near the riverbank, admiring the scenery, when an unexpected tidal surge swept in.
The massive wave crashed over the safety railing, forcing tourists to flee. Two individuals failed to escape in time, with one falling to the ground and being dragged a few steps by the rushing water.
