This is the bizarre moment a reckless holidaymaker shocked drivers by standing up while riding a rented motorcycle in Thailand.

Footage shows the foreign tourist, not even wearing a helmet, standing on the two-wheeler along Surin Road in Mueang District, Phuket Province, on March 9.

His pillion passenger also did not have any protective gear.

The filmer said: 'I want this kind of dangerous behaviour publicised so others become more cautious. I hope he gets penalised for this.'
