This is the hilarious moment a spoiled dog refused to move from a car’s passenger seat for her owner.

Jane Watkins and her partner Frank had just finished taking their German shorthaired pointer Pepe for a walk on the beach when they made their way home.

Funny footage shows five-year-old Pepe sat proudly next to the driver’s seat when Frank tried to get into the car.

A determined Pepe refused to move into the back of the car forcing Frank to squeeze in next to her before putting the seatbelt on them both.

Jane, from New Zealand, said: “Pepe is now the ultimate passenger princess!

“We always start by putting her in the back seat on the seat covers but by the time I get to the driver’s seat she has jumped over all the seats.

“Usually with some pressure she will jump back over the seats back to the back but this day she really stood her ground and refused to make eye contact with Frank in the hope the problem would just go away and sit in the back.

“We couldn’t believe it. Her hilarious facials when Frank was trying to get her to move had us in hysterics.”
