Real-life Hedwig leads train through cave in Harry Potter-like scene
A real-life Hedwig led a train through a cave in a Harry Potter-like scene.
A train operator passing through the Phra Phutthachai Tunnel encountered the owl flying right in front of the locomotive in Saraburi, Thailand, on January 4.
Amusing footage shows the feathered creature gliding into the air as if guiding the train through the pathway.
The light coming from the end of the tunnel added to the enchanting scene, as the bird hovered on an 'important mission', ushering the passengers towards Hogwarts.
The driver gradually slowed the train down to avoid hurting the animal and let it safely lead the way.
Moments later, the owl flew off to the side, allowing the train to speed along the railway.
The operator said: 'It was a surprising encounter, and this is not something we see every day.'
Hedwig is Harry Potter's loyal pet snowy owl in the Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling. She is a gift from Hagrid for Harry's 11th birthday and serves as his primary means of communication by delivering letters and parcels. Hedwig is known for her intelligence, elegance, and deep bond with Harry.
Harry Potter is a bestselling fantasy book series, following a young wizard's journey against dark forces, which became a global phenomenon, earning over 25 billion USD across books, films, and merchandise.
