US, Los Angeles: Westmont Fatal Shooting Investigation
Los Angeles, United States - March 19, 2025 03/19/2025 05:36 pm (GMT-0700) WESTMONT, Calif. – The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department's Homicide Division is investigating a shooting death that occurred in the 10500 block of South Budlong Avenue. Deputies responded to a call concerning a gunshot victim and arrived to find the victim along with several shell casings at the scene. The victim was transported to an area hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Authorities detained a male adult as a person of interest, and it was determined that the male and the victim knew each other. No suspects are outstanding at this time, and no additional information is available.
