Los Angeles, United States - March 19, 2025 03/19/2025 03:29 pm (GMT-0700) STUDIO CITY, LOS ANGELES, Calif. – A traffic collision occurred Thursday afternoon on southbound U.S. 101 near Vineland Avenue. At approximately 3:29 p.m., a pickup truck overturned multiple times, blocking the slow lane of traffic. The truck was reported to be hauling oranges, which spilled across the freeway. Emergency services were called, and the Los Angeles Fire Department was notified. By 3:34 p.m., tow services were requested to clear the vehicle from the roadway. Authorities confirmed no injuries were reported, but a significant number of oranges were littering the lanes. Cleanup crews were dispatched shortly thereafter. Shortly before 3:45 p.m., further assistance was requested to handle the cleanup of the oranges from the roadway.
