US: Lightning Strike Splinters Tree in Nashville Yard
Nashville, United States - March 15, 2025 X user Scott Johnson published a video of a lightning strike hitting a tree in a house yard. The powerful strike caused a brief fire in the tree. From the strong impact, many small pieces flew out of the tree. Despite the damage, the tree remained standing. Johnson shared the video with a comment. He said: "Here's the video of the lightning strike. Was finally able to get it off my NVR. This happened in Nashville, TN on March 15th." The video shows the dramatic moment the lightning hit. The tree took a hard blow but stood firm.
