Bakersfield, United States - March 20, 2025 03/20/2025 10:13 pm (GMT-0700) BAKERSFIELD, Calif. – Bakersfield police, firefighters and Hall Ambulance responded Thursday evening to a shooting outside the B Ð M Mini Market in the 700 block of Dr. Martin Luther King Boulevard. According to witnesses, a black Toyota sedan opened fire, discharging eight to ten rounds toward a male in a gray Kia sedan. The male sustained gunshot wounds to the face and hand and was transported by Hall Ambulance with moderate to major injuries. The Key News Network video from the scene shows the vehicle's shattered windows and a bullet hole in the back passenger side door of the car. Bakersfield police are investigating the incident.
