This is the terrifying moment a white van swerves into a crash barrier and rams a lorry, nearly flipping it over.

The incident occurred on the ring road in the Vsevolozhsk district of the Leningrad region, Russia, near the exit to Murmansk on February 4.

Dashcam footage, filmed from a nearby vehicle, shows the van swerving in front of the car and narrowly missing it before heading toward the crash barrier.

After hitting the guardrail, the van rebounds across the road and rear-ends a lorry, causing it to swerve dangerously and nearly flip.

The van stops on the hard shoulder, facing the wrong way, while other vehicles slow down and stop.

The cause of the incident is currently under investigation, and it remains unclear if anyone was injured.
