Electric scooter fail captured on dashcam in Hong Kong
This is the shocking moment an electric scooter went out of control in the middle of the road.
Dashcam footage shows a man manoeuvring his two-wheeler vehicle when he twisted it in full throttle, causing the bike to accelerate on the motorway in Hong Kong on January 18.
He can be seen holding tightly onto the bike handle, preventing him from removing his hands and dragging him along with the vehicle.
The rider immediately stood up and fixed his scooter, riding away as if nothing happened.
