According to the doctor, the man came to the clinic with a sore nose. After using an endoscope to examine him, the doctor was surprised to find that there were 3 leeches living in the man's nasal passage.
The doctor quickly used forceps to remove the leeches from the man's nasal passage. It is known that the man felt a sore nose for about a week after he swam in the river near his house.
This may have caused the leeches to crawl into his nose and attack the nasal passage.
