A man captured the moment his Tesla was graffitied while he visited Whole Foods.

The driver - who wants to remain anonymous - was inside the store in San Francisco, California, for 15 minutes, on March 16, 2025.

Once he got back to his Tesla Model Y, he noticed that someone had spray-painted the driver's side.

Security cameras revealed a man pulled into the car park, jumped out of his car with two spray cans and graffiti the Tesla.

The man said he was "very upset" and said the only people the protestors are hurting are private citizens."

He said: "It is pathetic in my opinion. I believe everyone has the right to protest and be passionate about what they believe in."

"But I believe the minute you started vandalizing someone else's property you are invalidating your argument."

"The argument is no longer about change, it is about making someone feel miserable."

"You are not hurting Musk, you are hurting individual Americans."
