Saxophonist leads wedding procession with epic performance
A saxophonist led a groom and his family to his bride in an epic wedding procession performance.
Footage shows Jeerasak Jamras, or Mr Saxbell as he is known to fans, playing a lively tune at the front of the soon-to-be husband and his entourage in Bangkok, Thailand.
The musician wore a white tuxedo outfit, setting the tone for the couple's special day on March 11.
Mr Saxbell swayed while playing his wind instrument until the parade reached the other end of the open-air venue to meet the bride.
The saxophonist said: 'I was booked to perform at a wedding procession. I enjoy being part of these events so much.'
The saxophone is not traditionally a prominent instrument in Southeast Asian music, but it has gained popularity in certain genres and settings.
Many Southeast Asian countries, like Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines, have vibrant jazz and pop scenes where the saxophone is commonly used.
