Las Vegas, United States - March 27, 2025 03/27/2025 12:00 pm (GMT-0700) LAS VEGAS, Nev. – During a recent briefing, authorities discussed the investigation into a shooting incident that resulted in an arrest. Sheriff McMahill emphasized that the investigation began with minimal information but progressed to a successful outcome due to dedicated efforts and collaboration among various agencies. Assistant Sheriff Dori Koren elaborated on the cooperative nature of the investigation, noting that it involved multiple agencies and hundreds of personnel. Koren outlined a timeline of events, explaining that the suspect arrived in a black sedan just east of the Tesla collision center. He then approached the building while attempting to conceal his identity with black clothing, gloves, and a mask. According to Koren, the suspect first targeted security cameras, shooting at least two of them with what appeared to be a rifle before spray-painting the word "RESIST" on the front doors of the facility. He then proceeded to shoot what is believed to be Molotov cocktails into a few of the Tesla vehicles parked in front at the center, causing them to erupt into flames. Ultimately, five vehicles were damaged, three of which were fully destroyed. A unified approach, hard work and use of technology resulted in the arrest of the alleged suspect.
