Myanmar earthquake: Several buildings on verge of collapse in Mandalay

Footage shows several buildings titled in precarious positions on the verge of collapse following an earthquake that hit central Myanmar.

At 2:20 p.m. on March 28, a 7.7-magnitude earthquake struck Myanmar at a depth of 30.0 kilometres. The epicentre was located at 21.85°N latitude and 95.95°E longitude.

The earthquake occurred near Mandalay Region in central Myanmar, causing multiple buildings to collapse.

According to Myanmar media reports, the earthquake has resulted in multiple deaths and injuries, though the exact number is still being assessed. A mosque in Mandalay collapsed, killing at least 10 people. Additionally, hundreds remain trapped under the rubble.
