Chaos erupted at Central Ladprao, a major shopping mall in Bangkok’s Chatuchak district, as people rushed to evacuate following an earthquake scare on March 28, 2025.
Footage captured by @RonallChersan shows frightened shoppers scrambling for the exits after someone shouted about the tremor.
@RonallChersan, who was at the mall to buy rice, described the moment panic set in, with crowds dashing outside in fear.
The scare followed a powerful 7.7 magnitude earthquake that struck Myanmar, claiming at least 153 lives there and eight in Bangkok. Authorities are urging residents to remain cautious as aftershocks continue.
