#UberHell - Car Infected With 100s Of Bugs. (Watch in HD)
Got in to my car on saturday morning after waiting for 10mins in the heat.
Car was smelly - told driver to open windows for a bit before turning on the ac.
Half way though the ride I become itchy ... so did the driver. I notice bugs on my hand.
I look at the floor of the car, notice garbage (food) and bugs crawling around the floor.
When I see the side of the car notice HUNDREDS of bugs have infested the car !!!
Ended up with a swollen foot and multiple bites.
Contact uber via twitter. The call me and tell me the car has been flagged for inspection.
Uber thought its fair to compensate me by refund the ride $2 and giving me $2. So $4 in total uber credits -.-
For reference they gave me $10 to download the app !!!
Shame on Uber Chennai and Uber India support. Extremely disappointing cleanliness and redressal.
